Dry Ingredients needed
1. Maida
2. A pinch of salt
3. Coconut sugar
4. Baking powder
5. Cinnamon powder
Wet ingredients
1. Almond milk
2. Bananas
3. Pomegranate molasses (pomegranate syrup - urban platter)
Additional ingredients
1. Chia seeds
Hero ingredients
1. Bananas and pomegranates
Tools needed
1. A non stick pan
2. A lil bit of cooking oil or any oil
Step 1: Take a transparent glass bowl and add your dry ingredients which is one cup of maida, one pinch of salt or more as per your taste and liking, 3-4 teaspoons of coconut sugar, 1 teaspoon of baking powder and 1/4 teaspoon of cinnamon powder
Note : (Use measuring cups and measuring spoons only)
Mix all these well with a whisk

Now take 1 cup of almond milk and heat it on a large saucepan on medium heat. Once it’s warm remove the milk from the saucepan and transfer to a bowl. Now comes our super special mushy and sweet bananas. Take two large ripe bananas and peel them keep them on a plate take a fork and mash them with the backside of the fork slowly. Keep doing this until you get a mushy texture. Bananas act as a natural rising agent for your pancakes. Be patient and you will surely soon get a hang of this. Now mix the wet ingredients with the dry ingredients slowly adding them to the bowl and start whisking it up again (oops I forgot to add : two drops of pomegranate molasses go in your mashed bananas. If you like you can add any other sweet syrup). My heart screamed pomegranates so me went for that 😝
WHISK WHISK WHISK Baby !!!!
Keep doing it yes keep going your hands might start paining relax stretch them out and now again keep that josh highhhhh. A good mix is when there are no lumps which naturally get formed sometimes 😜 but you gotta do what you gotta do. Once the texture is ready smooth and watery like runny enough we are going to move to our next part.
Ps : I loveeeee this partttt 🥰
Take a non stick pan and like the South Indian maestros at kalyanams you are going to take some water in your hand and sprinkle them in style ta-da 🥰🥰. What a style yaar truly
Like this really cool chef here sir ji Pranam 🙏. I wish I had followed the steps he did after sprinkling water 😅. Anyways we grateful for what we do no regrets
MOVINGGG ONNN !!!!
Take some cooking oil or any oil of your choice and add just a little to the center and spread it around with a cloth. Trust me this is safe. Since your gas is on medium flame as well.
Now pour your batter and just round it a little in the center with a round spoon. Spread it just as thick as you would like your pancake. Now wait for a min or so wait for the edges to be slightly brown. Once you see them a lil brown flip them. Hands in your pocket please use a steel spatula
Now on the back side let it become soft golden brown and fluffy. Once they are nice and round and you feel that it’s brown and cooked enough remove them from the pan and keep them aside immediatelyyyy on a plate. Keep repeating this processs. No worries you will feel confident soon ☺️♥️.
If I can drop some batter a little on the corners of the pan and still cook a storm so can you 😉🔥
Once your pancakes are ready it’s time to start plating
Take your pancakes and place them one by one on top of each other in a tower like shape 😌. Add some maple syrup in style again just a lil 😅
Now additionally what you can do is take a few black chia seeds to give more colour and nutrition to your tummyyy and sprinkle them all around. Slice a banana in round pieces and add them on all corners. What I also did is added some pomegranates on top to make it more colourful. I wanted some red 😌😍.
Use any fruits of your choice for plating 🥰.
Remember to be grateful and say thank you to each and everything every source every tool your hands, universe your beautiful energy, smile and calm and nature for enabling you to make this delicious pancake and once again telling yourself. You got thisssss 😍. Food is truly an emotion and this one made me so emotional with joy 🥰.
Knives and forks out baby 😎 and gorge 😍
